"The hotel was in a very convenient position so we were able to park the car and leave it for the length of our stay and move around by foot or light rail. We also enjoyed catching the ferry to Stockton. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean. "

"Cleaning was not the best, twisties under the bed and litter from previous people. Bed slopes from a peak down from the centre line to the edges. "

"Handy locaation to where we had to go. No parking available, had to park 1/2km away. Room not 100% clean, previous guests water bottle sitting on ground next to chair not even spotted and thrown out by cleaner. Lounge chair & Carpet appeared to have been blood stained previously so new carpet needed. Hot water took forever to come through to shower. We were woken up approx 3:30am with 20mins of noise that appepared to be people throwing very heavy and noisy items into a bin truck or trailer....
