"Apartment was centrally located situated amongst many wining and dining establishments. The small gym was surprisingly well equipped. Our room facing onto Darby St with an enclosed balcony was very dark. Sound proofing adequate. Walls and tiles in balcony area black. Inside the apartment the carpet almost black and black tiles in the kitchen. Although this helps with disguising wear and tear it was a bit depressing. The furnishings were of good quality. "My daughter and I had a lovely stay at HBoutique. The apartments are very roomy and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. The only complaint we did have was the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the other apartments."
