This home includes three well-appointed bathrooms, one of which is a true en-suite (another is shared en-suite). Each bathroom offers modern fixtures, rain shower heads, double vanities and a clean, functional design, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Basic toiletries and towels included.

The entire house is exclusively yours for an uninterrupted stay—relax, unwind, and truly make yourself at home. 🏠. There is one locked owners closet on the second level and a locked cabinet in the garage.
Ample parking is available in the driveway. It can accommodate multiple vehicles. Please park alongside the house near the rocks at the edge of the driveway in winter if snow is expected so we can efficiently plow the driveway and steps to the house.
Access to the house is through the front door with a keyless entry smart lock. A unique access code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. Other things to note Check-In Time: 4 PM Checkout Time: 10 AM
HOUSE MAINTENANCE • Trash pick up (every Tuesday) We have a local service who will come into the driveway and pick up the trash from the bins alongside the house.
We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors, which allows us to continue hosting future guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

1. No shoes in the house. Please leave all shoes by the door. 2. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. 3. No Pets 4. No smoking or use of fire permitted in the house or on any area of the back patio, pool, hot tub or tennis court at any time. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes cigarettes, the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes the lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $1,000 charge if this rule is not followed. 5. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays allowed without prior written agreement (additional terms and conditions may apply). 6. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time. A violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. 7. No extra / overnight guests 8. Quiet hours are from 10p - 6a. Please respect our neighbors. No playing music or excessively loud conversation after 10pm. 9. No ski/snowboard equipment in the house. There is a rack out front. 10. Only single-ply toilet tissue and flushable wipes are to be used to ensure no disruption to our septic system. 11. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 12. Please do not unplug any of the electronics. 13. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera. 14. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. 15. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest you will be liable for the costs.
We have three pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking: 1. ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID. 2. Security Deposit: We will place a hold on your credit card used to make the reservation. This will be released after check-out. 3. Rental Agreement: Please eSign our rental agreement. This covers any additional property details and pertinent information.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a professional cleaning service who goes through an extensive cleaning process after each check-out. All laundry is professionally laundered offsite.
★ NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY ★ Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We will ask you to leave if you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party without explicit permission beforehand. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
★ NOISE AND SMOKE MONITORS ★ There is a decibel monitor (Minut) actively monitoring noise levels. It does not record conversations, simply sound decibel levels, and will send you an automated alert if noise is detected above a certain threshold for an extended period of time. This system also monitors cigarette/cigar/marijuana smoke, as our property has a STRICT no smoking policy.

• Condition of Property Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
• Release of Liability This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• Upon booking, you and your party acknowledge that everyone in the reservation has fully read, understood, and agreed with the above house rules and surveillance conditions. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
