"First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious and the scenery around the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, house keeping was great, and overall the property is very well kept. If you are traveling to Mertesdorf or trier I would recommend this...

"Hôtel magnifique d'une autre époque,le problème c'est la moquette partout pour les allergies c'est compliqué. Le spa et la piscine sont incroyables du jamais vue autant de sauna et toutes sortes de grottes. Le repas bien mais les plats étaient froid donc retour en cuisine mais pas assez chaud car les assiettes sont froides. Le plus c'est le petit déjeuner il est fantastique y de tout. La réception super en français par Mlle Kadya qui nous explique le parking et une visite guidée de l' hôtel car...

"Muito desagradável, chegamos a noite e o hotel estava fechado, ninguém nos avisou, ou sugeriu outra opção. Saímos desesperados a procurar outro Hotel. Fiquei muito decepcionado com minha reserva no EXPEDIA uma vez que até o dia anterior a reserva estava firma no site do EXPEDIA. Decepção total com o EXPEDIA."
