"We really enjoyed our stay at the Goodbread Inn. We were in the Gable and Lombard suite, which was very unique jyst like the entire B&B. The hostess Mardja was wonderful. We loved the surrounding area of St. Mary's as well."

"Quaint and clean, well-appointed, with friendly owners and staff. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. We had a lovely stay. "

Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. "Very comfortable beds. The breakfast included a very nice selection of hot food items, assorted breads,fruit, and cereal. The only down side is the parking but that is to be expected in downtown Fernandina."

"Tudo muito novo, limpo e arrumado. Fui para conhecer a cidadezinha de St Marys - outra lindeza. Vale a pena. Na mesma viagem fiquei em hotéis mais caros em locais maiores (NY e Washington, por ex) e não foram tão bons quanto esse."

"The hotel is very well located (walking distance from the main historic street), clean and comfortable (large bathroom and really cozy room). Breakfast was very good in quality and quantitity. "The room is one of the better ones among hotels this price- good size, nice living room/kitchen, and separated bathroom/sinks. More homelike than other hotel rooms. One of the mornings, breakfast was outstanding (bacon, potatoes, egg omlets) along with waffles. Overall, everything was a moderate cut above other 3/4 star hotels. And the shuttle was very helpful. Closeness to the beach didn’t hurt either. Very satisfied. "

"The property was in great condition and located conveniently right across the street from the beach. But the staff were the greatest asset.
