"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. "Hotel maravilhoso, muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Ambientes acolhedores e um bom café da manhã, americano, sem xícara e pires mas só com uma caneca. Tudo muito prático. O que não gostei foi que no acerto de contas no check-out me lançaram uma despesa indevida. Reclamei e foi constatado o erro, porém tive que esperar muito e reclamar mais ainda, para que retirassem o lançamento indevido. Espere, é o que diziam. Pior de tudo, não ouvi uma só palavra de desculpas, como se o erro...

"Hotel com localização boa, relativamente próximo das principais regiões de Houston, mas depende de carro para se locomover (mas qual cidade dos EUA não precisa?). O hotel estava em reforma no lobby (estive lá em dez/17), mas os quartos já estão todos renovados e impecáveis. Internet funcionou bem durante todo o período. Café da manhá oferece espaço e variedade suficiente para uma boa refeição. Comprei algumas coisas na Amazon para entrega no hotel e foi tudo recebido sem problema nenhum....

"Breakfast choices were poor. Only carry iut cheap muffuns and fugbars. The worse I had. Coffee is decent. Laundry room had 2 broken machines. Our room 309 had heavily imbedded with smell made all if ys felt sick."
