This lakefront home is perfectly situated on Lakeshore Ridge, offering majestic views of Lake Hamilton and West Mountain. With 2,283 square feet of living space, this 2-story brick home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

On the main floor, you'll find the Kitchen, Living area, and Master Suite with a private bath featuring a Garden Tub and Shower, as well as a laundry room and an additional 1/2 bath. The lower level provides 3 more bedrooms, 2 with their own private bathrooms, and the Master Suite featuring its own private balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton.

Enjoy the outdoors with two covered outdoor deck spaces, complete with a grill and comfortable seating to savor the lake views. This lake rental is an ideal choice for both large families and couples seeking a getaway. Stay connected with free WiFi and cable throughout the house.

The garage has been transformed into a Game Room with a Pool Table and Darts, while the two covered back decks offer beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from all 4 bedrooms. The property also includes a Boat Dock, providing convenient access to your boat, kayaks, or jet skis.

For easy access down to the dock and Lake Hamilton, a new Electric tram was installed in March 2021. The home can comfortably accommodate 12 guests, with various bed setups in the bedrooms, and plenty of room for additional blow-up mattresses or pack-n-plays if needed.

The nearest boat launches are Young's Lakeshore RV Resort (0.7 miles) and Hill Wheatley Boat Ramp (5.5 miles).

As for house rules, unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited, and any violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Comfortable but could use some maintenance

When we arrived for a girls trip, the AC was not working properly . The management company did send someone out and they fixed it late in the evening . It appears like AC issues may be common. This probably could use some simple maintenance : Some toilet paper holders were missing or not stable, the dishwasher is not secure and fails forward when you try and load , shower heads not secure , towel bars unscrewed from wall, etc . A nice coffee bar was set up with supplies but geez .. get some additional coffee cups .. supplying two for a four bed room house is not enough !

Last minute family getaway.

The maid was not done cleaning the house at checkin time. She finished everything a hour later. Broken boards on boat dock. 3 year old daughter fell completely through into the water. She got banged and scraped up. Thankfully someone witnessed it and was able to make a quick recovery. We had to find a random board laying in yard to cover it to try avoid more accidents especially at night. Multiple other boards are in same state. The mini split a/c in the main living area would not work. It got very hot in the afternoons and evenings. The dishwasher does not drain so we had to hand wash everything. The garage has been converted into game room. It was miserably hot. There is no a/c or fans. You are not able to enjoy it in this heat.

The interior of the house was clean and as described, the exterior was not so clean, window screens had holes, the back deck exterior had cobwebs covering the exterior lights, 2 of the shower heads could not be adjusted (like taking a shower with a hose). Could not get the mini split or the central A/C to work. Was easy to find and check-in was easy.

Great location in Hot Springs

Super convenient to all there is to do in Hot Springs. Easy access to Oaklawn and downtown. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 and the communication from the host was outstanding. Beautiful setting on lake - would love to return in the summer.

Lake Hamilton getaway

We spent Memorial Day weekend at the lake Hamilton cottage. The house was perfect for my family- 3 couples and my 2 grandchildren. We hosted a barbecue for other family members staying at different properties- plenty of room for all. The 2 pontoon boats were a hit! The views from the house and along the lake were spectacular. Donā€™t miss Garvan Woodland Gardens- a real treat for all ages. Plenty of hiking nearby and a short drive to downtown.

Hot Springs Relax and Recover

We really enjoyed our time in Hot Springs and at the property. It was really easy to prepare our meals in the nice kitchen and all sit around the lovely dining room table. The hostess was very responsive. There is a new tram that you can ride down from the back yard to the dock/lake. We had a lovely time fishing from the dock. It's about 20-25 minutes to downtown Hot Springs. The highway is easily accessible. The neighborhood was lovely.

Perfect for couples

This house is perfect for couples. There were four couples in our group and each couple had their own private bathroom (one bathroom was outside of the bedroom) making it very comfortable for us all. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels and linens available for the guest. The owner was very responsive taking care of all concerns within in minutes. If you are looking for a great house in Hot Springs your search stops here!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect house for a family vacation. Property was very clean and the owners were quick to answer any questions. We would definitely go back. The only complaint is we couldn't sit out on the deck. It needed a good power wash to get all the cobwebs down and new cushions were needed. Weather was gorgeous and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside.

Amazing Views and good location

You canā€™t beat the views or location. Inside of rental was clean, outside needs attention. Bedroom bathrooms worked out great and plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen items. Biggest obstacle is the walk down to the dock. It is treacherous and dock is in need of some repair. Pontoon boat was lovely and easy to rent. We had a great time and was very impressed with lake Hamilton and lake Ouachita.

Perfect location!

This remodel is adorable and the house is super comfortable! The house is well-appointed, and the lake and Mountain Viewā€™s are incredible! Amy, the owner, was quick to respond, and was kind enough to move our original reservation for us due to unforeseen conflicts. Also, we were less than ten minutes to the race track and to downtown. Delucaā€™s for pizza is a must! Overall, this house is a keeper in our Hot Springs HomeAway choices!

Cottage on Lake Hamilton

Great house to rent, nicely furnished, beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. Extremely nice that we could rent their pontoon boat a couple of days to enjoy the lake. The only draw back was the very steep and rocky path down to the lake.

Great Lake Experience

Amy and Joe's place is great! The house had plenty of space for our crew. We almost rented a boat from the marina but they make it super easy to rent their boat instead. Even when we weren't out on the boat, the dock was perfect for just hanging out. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
