"The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. "

"Tom and Diane were very accommodating and helpful! Beautiful cabin and the scenery surrounding the cabin was peaceful. Loved the hot tub after a day of hiking the finger lakes trails. Thanks to Tom for the huge supply of wood for the bonfires."

"This is a beautiful property. Unbelievably serene, gorgeous lake view from the house. We were here in the winter; getting in and out of the place was a little scary in precipitation. The road from the ridge down to the lake is quite steep. The house itself is beautifully kept, a perfect layout, and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and fires in the fireplace. Highly recommended!"

"We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. "The property and house were perfect! Great location. Very clean, private, quiet, bed was so comfortable. The owners were so thoughtful. The house was stocked with everything we needed, they even had dog bed, bowls and a dog run. Internet was perfect, nice TV in every room, shower was clean with hair and washing products. Bridget was quick to respond to questions. I recommend this cottage highly."

"Beautiful home in a gorgeous private lakeside lot. Landscaping was beautifully done! Enjoyed the nice sized dock for fishing. Also took the kayaks out. Close to Watkins Glen and wineries. Had a wonderful last big weekend with our kids and grands!"
