"A fabulous apartment, ideally located, with all modern conveniences.
No question or concern too much trouble and all handled with great efficiency and effectiveness. As it was so hot A/C was thoughtfully provided without the need to even ask.
All communications were timely, clear, concise and accurate e.g. check-in etc
We can't recommended this apartment or service provider highly enough.
There were two things that were a little off-putting. The appearance of the front of the building with...

"Perfect location right in the heart of Colmar. Within walking distance of museums, Petit Venice and loads of shops. Host was responsive and helpful. We were able to leave our bags both before check-in and after checkout, giving us more time to explore. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc, but no condiments (oil, vinegar, herbs etc) which would have been a nice addition. Overall, a great stay and a comfy bed! "

"I would not recommend this place. If you wanted to check in a bit early, the charge was exorbitant.
Then there was the high damage deposit, but I agreed to the term. Next, they (I was never sure who I was in communication with) provided 3 different insurance terms for me to purchase during my stay (I thought that was what the damage deposit was for). We were assured that there would be Wi-Fi when attended, however we were given the wrong Wi-Fi information, although after some emails,...
