"We come to this cabin every year-- five years in a row now-- and we love it. It's clean, comfortable, the bird watching is excellent, and it's so quiet and relaxing.If this property ever went up for sale I'd buy it so fast."

"We are a middle age group of women who met at church. After moves and family changes took place, we began to meet annually to catch up and document and create memories. We are crafty women who scrapbook, paint, make cards, and enjoy eac others’ company. "

"My partner and I enjoyed our 2 night stay in the River Cabin at River Mountain Farm. The cabin is teeny, nothing fancy but cozy and just as listed. Great shower in bathroom and Starbucks k-cups each morning. We had a straight shot past the barn and shed to the river where we took out 2 of the kayaks available and I caught 7 fish early Sunday morning. I didn’t want to leave the tranquility of this little slice of heaven. Would love to go back sometime!"

"We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. "The place is beautiful. There was plenty of parking. The fire pit is convenient to the bottom floor, so easy access to get s'more's supplies. The owner is friendly and accessible through the VRBO app. The beds had freshly laundered sheets wrapped in plastic. We had a wonderful time."

"We enjoyed the peaceful beautiful setting! Much needed weekend away to visit some friends that live in Clearville. We were all able to hike some trails together! "

"Everything was great from expectation of property to communication from the host. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beds for everyone, loved the individual pull out couches in the loft area and great space in the living room with plenty of seating to gather and chat. The outdoor property had everything we needed to enjoy. "

"Wonderful spot, loved the decor and the coziness of the cabin. Loved the gas fireplace as well. Check in and out was so easy…our daughter arrived before we did and she was able to interact with the hosts over the phone to check in. Close to Flight 93 Memorial site which is a must visit!!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home. The setting is amazing. The hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. When there was a minor issue with the house during our stay, there was someone on site within the hour. You won't be disappointed with the house, the views, or the hosts. 5 stars all the way!"

"Beautiful property. Ony challenges were that the address was not provided in the check in email so had to reach out for that. And the listing indicated it had a pull-out bed which we needed for the second guest and the bed is not functional, so the second person had to sleep on the couch which was not great. But otherwise, a fine experience"

"Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are really nice, kitchen is well stocked, and the basement game area was a blast. The outdoor fire pit was the highlight making for enjoyable long lasting memories. Highly recommend, I look forward to coming back again!"
