立地は大変よいが、建物が相当古くシャワーやベットマットなどは満足できなかった。また、５泊で四人なのに、トイレットペーパーが3個しかなく、補充もしてもらえなかった。プールが工事中のため、20ドルディスカウントストのなっていたが、結局全額決済された。

Great location and great communication!

We have stayed in this property a couple of times but this was the first time staying with this hosting company. They were prompt, clear, and friendly. Would 100% reserve this unit again. Clean, stocked, and well taken care of. Thank you for hosting our family!

It was an excellent experience. The room is near Waikiki beach. And there are a lot of choices for shopping and dining.

Unhappy with what was advertised/promised and what was delivered. Plus a couple safety concerns

The location was great! Rebecca with Hawaii Dream Realty LLC was responsive and kind. But we were unhappy with what was advertised/promised and what was delivered. Plus a couple safety concerns. The unit was advertised with a bathroom and snack bar on the pool level. And a sauna in each men and women's bathrooms. These were closed and down for construction for 13 months that started 3 months before we got there and we were not informed. One elevator is down for 13 months which made for 30+ minute wait times to go up and down...to leave or return for the day, or even to just go to the pool. Not having a bathroom on the pool deck made it inconvenient with kids to go up to the 19th floor to go to the bathroom or get a snack, especially with the elevator wait times. These amenities helped us choose this place. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced. The beds are not comfortable, although many reviews say they are. All of us had really rough nights. The slider door was off the tracks and my 9 year old got locked out on the balcony. It scared her and was dangerous. My husband is a carpenter, so he was able to lift it and get her inside and squeeze outside to lift it back on the track completely. But that is a safety hazard. The floor was lifting in some places, and I cut my foot. Just not what we were expecting for the price. But the location to the beach and Rebecca's customer service were why I gave it a 3 star.

Incredible!!

Loved the location!!! Just a couple blocks from the beach & shopping. Incredible view, clean, renter was very communicative & helped us out with any questions! Trash Chute at the end of the hall was super convenient. Laundry Machines we used because we were there for a soccer tournament. My only advice would be to give yourself ample time for the elevators!! Or better yet take the stairs. Sometimes you can wait quite awhile which is understandable with 39 floors give or take. Loved the boogie boards on the balcony, & beach chairs!! So awesome to be able to use those. We had an incredible time & would recommend to anyone!!

Amazing waikiki location

The place was well furnished and had ample supplies for all our needs. It was very clean and well maintained. We cooked every day we were there and that helped save us a ton of money. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location & space.

We stayed at this unit for 7 nights. Great location. Our 15 yr old daughter stayed on the fold our sofa while bedroom was comfortable with a queen bed (& extra twin) for my wife and I. One block to the Waikīkī beach & a few blocks from the zoo & close to all the great restaurants along the Waikiki strip. Kitchen is set up well for cooking meals & balcony has nice view of ocean, diamond head & pool below. No complaints.

First time in Waikiki

This was our first time in Waikiki for a family of five with three young kids. The location was great with a quick 5min walk to Waikiki Beach and the pool and hot tubs on the property were a nice way to relax at the end of the day. Everything was as advertised, the check in/out process was easy and well communicated. Great place for a young family close to the beach.

Perfect location

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. My husband, son (19) and I stayed for almost 2 weeks. We were visiting our newly married daughter. She and her husband even came and stayed a few days, as this was located 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance from amazing restaurants. The location was perfect!!! Rebecca was responsive to my call and even touched base to see how we were doing. The beds were super comfy, even the pullout sofa! If we get the opportunity to come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time. Wanted to stay on the slower side of Waikiki (close to Diamond Head) and this was a perfect location. 2 blocks to the beach, a Starbucks, walking distance to Zoo and Barefoot Cafe! Would definitely come back and stay here again. It was very quiet too at night. Wish we had taken advantage of the kitchen and sauna but next time! Thank you Rebecca!

Great Waikiki base

Perfect amenities for a short stay. Plenty of kitchen ware, clean rooms and beach chairs and umbrellas and body board, with good A/C. Community resources of pool is nice too as was included parking pass. Nice to have laundry facilities down the hall with trash and recycling too. Highly recommend!!

Great for families

Just a few blocks from multiple kid friendly beaches and snorkeling! Within walking distance to the aquarium and the zoo. The playground on the pool deck provided great entertainment too. Sunrise from the balcony is beautiful and it has views of some of Diamond Head and the ocean. Adequately stocked kitchen. With taking a shuttle from the airport, the Waikiki Trolley and grocery delivery service there was no need to rent a car as there is so much within walking distance.

Unfair charges

I left place in good condition after over 24 hours they contacted to say there was scrape on wall and a tile by door out of place. I went through this before leaving and it was not done. I was charged for damages I know we did not do. I will never again rent from this site and take pictures of how i leave and receive each place... lesson learned... even when telling them why they waited over 24 hours to inform they had an excuse because there sure the cleaning people are honest so what the heck does that make me dishonest... never again....

The condo is in an amazing area. The place was nicely set up and the view was good. I was able to see from the balcony if the hot tubs were occupied before heading down with my 2 kids :) The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of storage for clothing. Love the island dining table thingy as it worked as a kitchen island and also a dining table thus saving room! Cons were that the bedroom dresser drawers pull right off making it dangerous for children. They also needed wipe down before us. Some of the kitchen items needed to be washed before use (the baking tray had old cheese on it and the glass Tupperware had condensation inside), and atleast 1 of the bath towels had orangey stains on it. However, even with these downsides we would return. The property manager was very nice and communicative, the free parking was great, the location is wonderful, and overall me and my husband and kids (6 and 4) created lots of happy memories there.

Amazing location!

We loved the Waikiki Banyan condo complex. It has an amazing 6th floor with a playground, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, barbecues and tables. Not to mention its a few blocks from the beach, restaurants (like my favorites Maguro spot, Five Star poke and Musubi cafe for delish cheap local eats) and to my conference at the Alohilani resort. The Waikiki Banyan was much better for families compared to a hotel. We loved having a separated room (by French doors), bathroom with a tub, and a kitchen! Plus there was plenty of pool/beach gear with new chairs and toys. They had a pack n play as well. We really enjoyed the welcome package of coffee, tea, and chocolates. Very thoughtful. Some feedback includes making it easier to contact before booking, though communication was much better when we arrived. One consideration to update the condo would be replacing the carpet which seemed worn. My parents rented another unit with wood flooring which was very nice. Maybe even consider a rug. Some blackout curtains because of the city lights could be an added benefit as well. Overall a great stay! Thanks again for our stay!

Perfect for a short stay

Rebecca was on top of her game. Had a baby hiccup and she rerouted us immediately. We had such a great time in Hawaii. I was so tired from all the walking I could say beds were good :) everything was great.
