The main living area comes with a brand-new queen-sized bed, desk, armoire with TV and a spacious lanai for enjoying the city/ocean views. The unit also comes with a wet bar stocked with a small refrigerator, hot plate, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster over, plates, cups, and utensils for basic meal prep.
A basic starter kit is also provided for convenience and includes towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Royal Garden Waikiki is a condo hotel with shared private/public ownership with Wyndham Resorts. The building offers a very chic boutique style lobby with amenities that include an outdoor pool, garden area, community laundry and valet (for a fee). Located in a central location of Waikiki. You are walking distance to the shopping, restaurants, and famous Waikiki Beach. You have everything from small boutique stores for little Hawaii souvenirs to world-class shopping and dining.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
