Many shops and restaurants are conveniently located close by, Chart house for happy hours and a amazing Marina view, Red Lobster, the famous Katsu-midori Sushi from Japan, there is also a fancy restaurant in the hotel next door, The Modern. If you are looking for a local breakfast joint with velvet pancakes, Cinnamons is located on the hotel property!

**IMPORTANT NOTICE — July 9, 2025**
Starting the week of July 28, 2025, a licensed contractor will begin spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building. Balcony access and use for this condo will be restricted from Nov 20, 2026 to Apr 13, 2027 (approx. dates). Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day.

NO SMOKING / NO PETS
If you plan on renting a car, we suggest contacting the hotel for the valet parking rates, last time I checked the parking rates were $45/day (rates are subject to change). There is also public paid parking along the boat harbor rates are about $1/hour (rates are subject to change).
If you only need a car for one day, some of our guests have rented a car just for the day from the car rental facilities in Waikiki, but make reservations in advance as they get rented quickly.

Payment method: We accept VISA or MASTER with a 5% booking fee, if you decide to pay with AMEX its 9% so we advise guests to pay via VISA or MASTER. Booking fees are non-refundable.
