THE BUILDING:

As of June 2025, the building’s long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.
HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM
Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We’ve got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you’d like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we’re happy to provide them upon request!
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

Check in/out process is as simple as it gets. Free parking (not that you need it given everything is in walking distance). Only good things to say about this place and we highly recommend.

Would stay again!
Our room was clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. The check in process was simple and it was easy to unload all of our stuff. Our view was great. There was easy access to the beach, shops, and food. Most importantly if you rent/have a car the included parking is the best.

Perfect Family Condo
Beautiful view from condo balcony was my favorite! Just minutes from beach and stores, great location. Clean and spacious for my family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Exactly as described. Received check in instructions and info well before arrival time. No issues at all during stay.

Great location but worn out looking & overpriced
This condo is in a great location to the beach, restaurants, bus stops and pleasantly away from some of the big crowds of Honolulu. The view from the condo is stunning. The king size bed is quite comfortable. The keyless code entry was a plus. However, the condition of the condo was worn out to the point where it didn't look clean. In fact we did clean the TV stand legs and shelf because globs of dust from the air conditioner were stuck to it. The microwave is very small – popcorn size. All of the outlets in the condo do not work well. It is nearly impossible to plug anything in or, if you do plug it in, it is difficult to unplug. The sliding glass door came off the track the first time we used it and we had to reset it. A fresh coat of paint is needed in every room.
I would not stay in this condo again unless it was remodeled, especially the kitchen or the price lowered to $100 a night or less.
Bottom line, when you take a vacation, you don't expect the place you're staying to be in worse condition than your own home.

Old but fine
The location was a five minute walk to a great beach that is walled off so little kids loved it. The place itself was adequate. It feels old and a little grimey but it was as clean as it could have been. The managers were great and answered questions quickly. They provided extra towels with was awesome.

Condo Review
Bruno & Tina were excellent in terms of responding to our many issues - very pleasant to deal with. The location of the condo and the view were great. The pool /hottub area was great.
- But when we arrived the first nite after midnight we were given the wrong door code to get into the unit and had to sit outside the unit for the next 20 mins phoning several numbers before someone answered to give us the correct code.
- Not happy with the condition of the condo itself - needs a total renovation - bathroom was dirty especially the floor and baseboards. Tub had mold and was patched in some areas. The plugin by the sink needs to be replaced as it was hard to plug in or remove the blow dryer etc.
- Kitchen was terrible - fridge was missing several shelves in the door & main part of the fridge. One large vegetable drawer was cracked so bad I had to remove it completely from the fridge because it would not pull out - afraid it would break completely.
- Handle came off the oven door and I had to call down to have it fixed.
- The unit was not stocked well at all - have rented numerous condos over the past 20 yrs in Hawaii and this was the worst one in that it was missing so many kitchen items commonly stocked in the other units ie. pitcher for water/juice, large salad bowl, pans & cookie sheets, measuring cups, cleaning supplies to wash the floor with etc. There were only 2 dish towels and no dish clothes to wash the dishes with. The cupboards themselves were old and falling apart too. There was a huge garbage can but no large garbage bags to use until we asked for some. The knives forks and spoons were old and the knives did not even cut meat anymore. The other carving/cutting knives were old and many did not cut at all.
- Flooring/carpet needs replacing.
- the lanai was flooded most days as the air conditioning unit did not work properly - we had to call down several times and Tina/Bruno had several visits to the unit to try to fix it. Constantly throwing towels on the lanai to mop up the water. The lanai floor needs some tile not the concrete currently there - not nice to walk on and very sticky.
- The TV stopped working and we had to call down to have it fixed.
- We did not have hot water one day.
- Constantly getting stuck in the elevators - always under repair.
- We would not recommend this unit or stay there again!
We really feel that the owner needs to give us a partial refund because of all the issues we had!

Location, view, location!
This was the greatest place to stay!! It is exactly as shown - everything is a bit outdated and a little worn but it was clean and best of all a short one block walk to the beach and the view is just as shown. It was quiet even tho the building is busy. Each floor has a laundry room with one washer and one dryer but it worked. We chose this particular room because it worked for our group of 5. The mini mart on the mail level was handy and the pool is a decent size with lots of chairs.

Nice View Close to Waikiki Beach
My family of 5 (3 kids 16, 19 and 22) enjoyed this condo on the 34th floor with a great view of Diamondhead and just a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach. There were a number of restaurants and stores nearby. The furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. are basic but all we needed. The only complaint is that there is not a lot of privacy given the layout, but, again, it was perfect for our family. I would stay again

Great location, nice and clean condo.
These condos are in a great location - close to the beach, shopping and restaurants, and only a short drive from anywhere you’d want to go. Having the parking pass for our rental car was so convenient!
The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!
