We had a great stay! Location is close to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to most restaurants. The place was stocked with towels and some beach equipment. Parking was easy. The lobby, hallway and elevator of the building need some TLC but the room was good. I’d suggest adding a new coffee pot, measuring cups, baking pans, more furniture (larger couch, small table and chairs, shoe rack) for added comfort.

We have really enjoyed to stay in this condo. Location was perfect! Close to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.Communication with host was excellent!Great place for family of 4 especially with younger children that will enjoy sleeping on bunk bedsGreat time! Thank you!

Great spot and very roomy

Check in was very easy and kitchen was great and easy to use. Very spacious compared to where other family members stayed and bathroom was also spacious. The only thing i would say that was a bit of a headache was the elevators. There's 4 but if you try to leave when everyone else is try to leave then you run into having to wait. Our first day we waited 20 minutes for an elevator that we just decided to take the stairs. Luckily we were on the 9th floor. After that first day we just timed it still a 5 star stay though

Very accurate rental description

We stayed in this unit and were very pleased. We knew going into it out would be tight for a family with 2 adults and 2 older teens, but we made it work. There were a few things needing fixing, but not impactful of our stay. I alerted the owner and he had not been aware and said he'd take care of them. We would definitely recommend this unit for those looking for convenient location, great pool, and a clean place to stay.

Great space

Wonderful space and great location on Waikiki. The building itself is rundown but the unit itself has been updated through out. We really loved the extra space and the extra beds for the kids. The unit also had an umbrella and beach chairs for use along with plenty of beach towels.

Great location, helpful host

Had the best time for a week. Great location where you can walk to the beach and food easily. Parking was included which was great. Host was responsive and helpful with a minor issue we had at the beginning. We’ll be back!

In general, I was not impressed, despite a few good qualities. The location is great, beach items were a plus, but furnishings are subpar and the condo is poorly maintained. The bed is very uncomfortable (likely a bed-in-a-box of poor quality). The sofa bed in the living room is utter garbage, as it's prone to collapsing in the night. It's missing pieces and we were forced to use pillows as wedges in the hopes of having it stay up. If you're counting on using this for a bed, look elsewhere. Water in this condo is laughably bad. The kitchen faucet has such slow running water that you might as well stick a cup outside to catch rain--it would be quicker. The faucet is either installed incorrectly or broken. One of bathroom sink faucets is unusable due to a broken handle. That brings us to the shower. You better pray for a decent temperature, lest the water gods bellow and shake the pipes. For fear of them breaking, we repeatedly had to have either a cold or boiling hot shower. The kitchen was poorly stocked for those who like to cook, with only one pot and minimal other cooking utensils. The owner said they'd add more, so hopefully future renters can cook; otherwise, there are plenty of cups, plates and eating utensils for ordering in. Be prepared to also purchase your own garbage bags and other disposable items that other places would typically provide. For laundry, be forewarned that the (shared) dryer needs to be run twice (so twice the cost) to dry towels or large loads.

Great location

Great location, easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Parking included made it extra easy to venture to other parts of the island. We felt very safe at all times of the day here. The condo was very clean and laundry was just down the hall. Towels, extra pillows and blankets, and some beach things (boogie boards, small cooler, umbrella) all included. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is nice (there is a section that is 1 foot deep and our youngest appreciated the independence that gave her). Check-in and out were easy and no-hassle. Great proximity to and views of Diamond Head. Would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Waikīkī.

Great stay in Waikiki

We stayed with our 2 boys (9 &11) for a week in the suite and had an amazing time. The unit is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a few dinners and made breakfast there each day. The kids slept comfortably in the bunks. We shared the bed in the same room, was cozy but manageable. The bathroom was clean and towels are provided, there were beach towels as well. A small patio had 2 chairs and small drink table. We were pleased to find a beach umbrella and beach chairs on the patio. There was a small cooler and a couple of boogie boards as well. The 6th floor has a great pool for the kids 1' to 5' deep, loungers surrond the pool area. There is also a large green space where the boys played soccer. There is also BBQ's and picnic tables here for fist come first serve use. There are ABC stores on every corner that have all sorts of foods and drinks and every souvenier you can think of. The beach is a 3-4 min walk away and is amazing for sunsets. There are numerous restaurants withing a short walking distance. We rented a car and used the free onsite parking, it was a great bonus. Comminucation was great with Chris. He was prompt and flexible on our check out time, which was a huge relief with an 11:45pm flight out. Thank you Chris.

Very nice stay

Girl's Trip

The night before we got an email saying there was a water leak, so we got an upgraded room. We went from the 9th floor to the 23rd floor. We had a nice view minus the ugly building across the street. The condo we originally booked was supposed to be newly renovated and this seemed not as nice as what we would have had, but it worked out great! The bed was a little uncomfortable. The beach towels weren't provide, but I messaged and they were brought to us right away. The shower was amazing! Had everything we needed. Great location. Parking is a pain in the butt if you have a big vehicle, so we would try to not leave once we found parking. There was a rooster that made noise all hours of the day, so that was annoying while sleeping, but that is no fault of the owner since the chickens are wild. But easy to get to the beach and get around. Very clean. Reasonable priced. I would stay again.

Great stay

Easy to get to the beach with kids under ten! Having the umbrella, chairs, and boogie board made it so easy to enjoy and not pick a lot of things from the mainland. Very easy to contact host and get a response as well. We loved the beach during the day and then the pool in the late afternoon. Laundry was easy as well as parking if needed. Would recommend for a family as the bunk beds were awesome too!

Fantastic location

I visited Oahu with my family of four and this condo is just fantastic. Check in was a breeze, the unit was clean and bright. My kids (ages 4 and 8) really enjoyed the bunk beds, and my husband and I liked that the bedroom was separate from the family space so we can relax after the kids have gone to bed =) The bed itself was very comfortable, more on the firm side which we like. The unit is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and they also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a small cooler (including ice packs) to take to the beaches. The condo is a short walk to the main tourist area, we explored it once and it was beautiful but very busy (obviously). But if you want a sandy beach and a bit of peace, check out Kailua beach! Absolutely stunning, and there's a restroom and shower close by for the kiddos. One last tip, the elevators get very busy if you leave past 9AM the wait can be quite long, so if you can swing it, leave before then. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will absolutely recommend it!

Great Location in Waikiki

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Easy on-site parking with no in/out restrictions. Close walking distance to beaches, zoo and many restaurants. Property includes all the basic beach needs. Full kitchen was very convenient to have. Pool was often busy, so recommend to stick to the beach!

Gracious host and great value stay

The unit is really cute with lovely, thoughtful touches. Kids loved the bunk bed. Location is a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, and an ABC store. Four days into the stay, there was some planned building maintenance for 4 consecutive days impacting power, AC and water that the owner didn't know about but he was incredibly gracious and gave us a full refund immediately and even tried to find us another place to stay despite just spending 24 hours traveling. We would definitely rent from Chris again. He truly embodies the Aloha spirit. Much Mahalo Chris.

Great Space Great Location

Very nice condo perfect for small family with kids. Bunk beds were convenient for kids. Amenities were great...loved the beach supplies! The condo was spacious, clean, and well kept. Big window and balcony with great views. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Only suggestion is to clearly indicate low garage clearance. We would have rented a smaller car had we known so we could park in garage. Otherwise great rental and highly recommended!

Nice Condo in Good Waikiki Location

Two blocks off the beach and close to park and open space areas. Nice view to the north from the condo. The hosts worked hard and quickly to resolve some issues we had at check in. They were great. Pool and outside amenities were great.
