Located on the 10th floor of the Waikiki Sunset with beautiful mountain and city views this condo offers enough beds to sleeps 6. 1 bedroom (king bed and twin bunk beds), expansive living area (queen sofa bed w/Tempur-Pedic-type mattress), 1 bathroom, and FREE PARKING for one vehicle (parking garage vehicle height restricted to 6 feet). Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also outdoor patio seating for 2.

Wi-fi, cable, and smart TV access available in the bedroom and living area on top quality flat panel TVs.

The Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located one block from famous Waikiki Beach, world-class dining, shopping, bus line access, Biki (bike rental), the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, International Marketplace, and Kapiolani Beach Park. Exploring the island is convenient and easy with many transportation options right outside your front door.

The condo was great for our family of 4 with 2 teens that at 5'7" and 5'9" fit in the bunks well. Loved the location and the retro Hawaiian vibe the building had. The condo is a modern reno in an older building and we loved both. Kitchen well equipped, and the furnishings were comfortable and better quality than sometimes. Really appreciated the folding wagon, 2 small beach chairs and boogie boards!! There were beach towels in addition to the bath towels, also very nice. We'd definately stay here again. The parking garage was a hard 6' height cut off. our small suv was upgraded to a regular suv due to inventory issues when we arrived, and it was under 6 feet, but still had one area on a decline in the garage we scraped one time, then learned to use a wider turn there and had no further issues. No damage to the car, but didn't expect that! The parking situation in general was very good, easy and free.Thanks very much for making our stay great. Thanks too for the suggestions that were emailed as a compilation and for the welcome gift basket and card. Mahalo.

Incredible host and stay! Courtney's property was immaculate and looked exactly like the posted pictures. The up front communication/coordination made it easy to check-in and check-out. Word of the wise - if you plan on renting a vehicle please take heed of vehicle height. When she says no taller than 6', she really means it! Fortunately we had a 2025 Mazda CX90 which was well below that height but I couldn't imagine something like a Tahoe or Wagoneer fitting.

Condo was renovated and VERY CLEAN! All the amenities required for a lovely stay that is walkable to the beach and town with parking included. Nice pool and grills that are cleaned daily for use on thr buildings recreation deck in view from lanai. Host was informative and communicated efficiently to cover all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

The unit was exactly as posted, modern and updated. It was very clean and Courtney was very easy to work with. We received detailed instructions for check in and check out making the process very easy. We loved the location to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants. The handwritten welcome note, snacks, and amenities in the unit make Courtney a fantastic host with attention to detail.

We had a wonderful time on Oahu! The condo was lovely, well-appointed and ideally located for exploring Waikiki! The included parking space is such a great bonus as we were able to rent a car and explore the whole island. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed to ensure a memorable stay! We really loved our trip!

The building was easily accessible, had ample parking spaces, and was a quick walk to the beach. Courtney was extremely accommodating leading up to our arrival. Excellent property at an excellent location with an excellent. That's all we could ask for. Courtney was prompt with information, updates and responses which made the trip seamless. Property included just the right beach accessories which made the visits to any beach convenient and relaxing.The location was the easiest walk to nearest Waikiki beach and businesses for shopping and dining. Will 100% stay there again if it's available.

What a great place to stay! The location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! Even the zoo! Courtney definitely thought everything through. Anything you needed was right there. The beds super comfortable. The checkin process was so smooth and received alot of information from Courtney and security at checkin! Beautiful, comfortable and peaceful accommodation central to everything Waikiki has to offer - next to Kapi'olani park with wonderful options for long morning walk/runs. The beach was so easy to walk to, lots of shops, restaurants and the Tucker & Bevy picnic shop so close by. Free parking was such a bonus. Laundry was easy to use. The place was stocked with the basics for a comfortable, hassle free holiday. The building management takes such great care of the pool and BBQ area, we saw them cleaning every morning. The space was furnished and decorated just as the photos - so soothing.

Our stay at Courtney's place was amazing! It had to be the cleanest place I've ever stayed when traveling. Looked exactly like the pictures and just the right amount of space for our family of 4. We utilized the amenities and loved sitting on the lanai drinking our morning coffee. Will look to stay here again in the future!

Perfect slice of paradise!

Our stay in Waikiki was perfect! The location was great, very close to a lot of restaurants, food trucks, and bars. It’s a very easy walk to anywhere in Waikiki. The Condo is very nicely appointed and the beds are very comfortable. We loved coming home to the Condo! It has everything you may need to cook meals and the recent remodel is very well done! There is a nice pool area with enough BBQ’s and seating for the building. Can’t say enough about the Condo and Courtney was a pleasure to communicate with! We will be returning! Thank you

We had a very nice time in Waikiki. The property is as listed, with everything you need, very clear instructions for checking in. Location is great, close to stores and restaurants. Great location!

Property was exactly as listed. Easy to get to, free parking, and easy access to the beach. Pool onsite was not overly busy, so we used that on occasion too. Probably the best shower I have ever had on vacation!
