The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Waikiki, you’ll be surrounded by everything that makes this area a favorite Hawaiian getaway. Enjoy easy access to the famous Waikiki Beach, with plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, shops, and local attractions.

Take a stroll along Kalakaua Avenue, relax on the beach, or explore nearby spots such as Kapiolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, and Diamond Head. With so much within walking distance, it’s easy to enjoy the best of Waikiki without going far from home.

Getting Around:
Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located for exploring Waikiki on foot. Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shops, and popular attractions are all within easy reach. The area is also well served by public transportation, including TheBus and the Waikiki Trolley, making it easy to explore beyond Waikiki without a car. Taxis and rideshare services are also readily available. For exploring other parts of Oʻahu, you may want to rent a car for the day. Our property has a parking stall for our guests with a car.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: 6th Floor Restroom Renovations

The 6th Floor Women’s Restroom will undergo renovations from October 26 through December 2026, daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Men’s Restroom remains closed due to ongoing construction.

Please use the lobby restrooms behind the Front Desk or the restroom in your unit. A temporary outdoor shower near the pool will remain available.
