This home does NOT come with parking. The Royal Garden building has valet parking available for approximately $38/day. Please note parking is managed separately by the building and is subject to change at any time.

- A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $150 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
