This rental is on the 19th floor of the Ilikai Hotel with direct lagoon and ocean views. This 1 bedroom apartment has been remodeled into a large 500 sq ft studio and is gorgeous! Furniture is solid teak from Indonesia and an amply sized armoire is present for your wardrobe. New curtains, new cherry wood kitchen cabinets with new full-size major kitchen appliances are ready for your use! The new countertops and backsplash are white quartz in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has Grohe and Kohler fixtures with the same cherry wood cabinet for the vanity. A large in-wall medicine cabinet holds all of your essential toiletries. Recessed lighting has been upgraded in all rooms. Basic TV cable and 300MB Wifi broadband internet is free. We have a large Smart LED TV. We've also installed a safe to store your valuables. The Eastern King-sized bed is a Beauty Rest firm mattress.
