Ilikai Hotel Spalling and Exterior Painting Project

An exterior painting and spalling repair project to enhance the building’s structural integrity and appearance with minimal disruption will commence on August 18, 2025. Work Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday thru Friday; in rare cases due to weather, work may begin at 8 AM.



Precautions are in place to limit guest impacts. Noise from such renovation work, including drilling, is to be expected. We hope guests will be out and about, enjoying our island’s offerings and miss the work completely. Aside from the stack of rooms being directly worked on, the remainder of the property will be unaffected.
