Designed for your ease and enjoyment, this air-conditioned haven boasts an inviting open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area boasts a pull-out sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. Not to forget the full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, ensuring convenience at every turn!

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you'll also have easy access to laundry facilities located on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can't go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:

- Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

DECK RENOVATION NOTICE:
The building's recreation deck on the 6th floor, including the pool and BBQ, will be closed for renovation starting April 7, 2025, with work expected to continue for approximately one year. Rates have already been discounted accordingly to reflect the temporary loss of these amenities. During this time, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our amenities.*

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

As of June 2025, the building's long-awaited elevator project is complete! The old elevators have been fully replaced with brand-new, state-of-the-art models, offering faster, smoother, and more reliable service.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

CHECK-IN/ CHECKOUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.

The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

We've got beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for you in the unit so you can enjoy some fun in the sun. If you'd like a beach mat or snorkeling gear, just let us know—we're happy to provide them upon request!

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Great location

Easy walk to the beach. Fun playground for the kids. Only dislike was basic sliding closet type doors separated bedroom from living room so not much privacy.

Property was just like the listing said. Check in was easy, the place was gorgeous, spacious, and had everything you need for the beach available to you. Just a short maybe 5 minute walk to the water. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, good price

We enjoyed this unit. The location is excellent for access to most things, and there are multiple food trucks right near by for less expensive eating. Bonus was that there was actual cable TV, not just a smart TV. because it was a corner unit, it was very quiet. The only downside was the window air conditioner did not point towards the bed area. We generally just use them at night to keep cool while sleeping, but this did not work. Would not stop us from renting here again. Also, do not have the desk book you a taxi to the airport, the price was about $20 higher than what you can get with Lyft.

Thumbs up for Mountain View condo

8 th floor corner condo is high enough up for a view. We prefer not riding the elevator to higher floor while it makes numerous stops. Sunrise is visible from lanai, as it comes up over the back of Diamond Head. Everything worked in the condo. Laundry and trash room are across the hall; not a problem, it's convenient. We like the location near Kapiolani Park, & easy walk to beach. We have stayed in a number of units in the Banyan. Some are not well taken care of or updated and it's kinda hard to know from the online description. We would like to stay in this condo again .

The instructions given were easy to follow. The condo was perfectly located for our needs. The laundry room was just outside of the room which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will book again with the app and midway.

Great Condo!

Great condo, great location, and great staff. Booking was easy & they made themselves readily available for any issues or concerns we had (which were none). Property is about 2 blocks for Waikiki Beach which is perfect! Anybody would be happy staying here!

Close to Waikiki Beach

Although the unit is on the far east end of Waikiki, it was fairly accessible to the beach only a couple blocks south and the walk to the more central part of Waikiki had many great restaurants and stops along the way. The bed was pretty comfortable and AC ran well enough to keep the unit comfortable. I would have preferred a more open concept style unit, but it has been mostly renovated throughout still. It would also be great to see a more updated washroom. The property management was fairly responsive and getting the slow flowing sink took a little bit of coordination to get looked at with timing due to our daughter needing to nap, but was ultimately fixed. The provided beach chairs were nice to have along with some beach towels, however it just may be a little tricky to transport with smaller children as there is no wagon or cart, not a complaint but something to be aware of.

Great location, great for kids

The location is great, along with the amenities like the pool, hot tub, BBQs and play area. Four of us stayed in the unit. It would have been nice to have more than four plates, four bowls, etc. We were always doing dishes (no dishwasher). Overall, I would recommend it.

Great Stay!

The place is great! It's at the tail end of Waikiki, which is exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to be in the center of Waikiki, so the location was perfect. It's also 2 blocks from the beach and the main Waikiki strip. Easily walkable, and easy to drive in and out of if you have a rental car. We loved the place! It was clean, nice, and very quiet. Would recommend, and stay here again!

Good location and responsive

Condo had all the things needed. PM was responsive to inquiries which was good! Washer needs to be replaced (but if you don’t care to wash your clothes, then disregard). Its a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved that they had a parking garage and easy access to the room, keys, etc.
