"This was the most satisfying vacation rental we've used so far! Well represented, exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. The owners were very responsive to questions and pre-stay requests like making up the sofa bed. Not huge, big enuf for 4 in a pinch, and perfect for 2. Very well located for local sights. "

"Stayed 2 nights on a quick trip to a concert at Bethel Center for the Arts. The hosts were very responsive and the place very clean.The beds were luxurious and I always appreciate crisp white sheets!Loved the tea box in the kitchen! Had everything we needed:)Only downside was to be there in peak summer, complete with high humidity. The air cons are in both bedrooms, thankfully, so sleeping was fine. We just didn't bake cookies!"

The only caution is all the extra fees on top of the rental rate. Be prepared for a "cleaning fee" as well as a mandatory "damages fee" that is to be refunded but required to be paid up front."
