"The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. "

"Perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely deck facing the lake shore. Short walk to a small playground and beach. Our adult son took daily extended bike rides around the area. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a kitchen stocked for cooking in. Restaurants and grocery store minutes away. Our highlight was seeing juvenile eagles fishing in the lake."

"We had my best friends Bachelorette party here. She wanted a relaxing stay by the water and that's what this was. Plenty of room for all 10 of us to be cozy and hang out. We loved the doc and were able to have our sunrise cruise pull up right to us ! Beautiful sunrises every morning and a nice place to make a meal. It was a great experience and a beautiful relaxing, peaceful time celebrating our friend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. For me, one of the properties biggest highlights was the elbow room between you and the neighbors. Lots of space. The property description is very accurate when it came to accessing the water so be sure to read it carefully to make sure it is for you. I found lots of fossils along the shore which was an added bonus!!"

"Very centrally located. Close to rail trail, arts center and downtown! Beach area right down the street! Very cute and perfect for the two of us ! Pretty sunsets!"

"Being able to get on early was really nice. The house has everything you need and lot of extras like lots of board games and toys in the garage our grandson loved playing with them. Could get the TV to work but that was ok. The weather was excellent and we were outside all day we rented a pontoon boat at the marine. We had 2 campfires while we were there. The neighbors were very nice ."

"Everything about this place was exquisite! Our hosts were fantastic! It was such a fabulous place to stay with our doggies! 35 acres to eun and play! The horses & donkey were fun ! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and uniquely charming! I cant wait to stay again "

"The house was quiet, comfortable and cozy. It was wonderful to be right on the lake and to have use of the canoe. Trent was great to deal with, very communicative and gave us lots of hints and tips for the area."

"Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) "

"This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place."
