"Unit was supplied with all that you could need for a stay, and convenient location as well. Comfortable beds and the AC was appreciated to keep cool as the kona heat can be high. Loved that the BBQ grills were so close to unit and the beach is just across the street! Will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future. Vacasa team at the office and over the phone was helpful and friendly, much appreciated!!"

"Wish the a.c. was in the bedroom as the livingroom would be freezing but the bedroom would be stfling. There was no elevator in the building, but there was a photo of one in the listing, which i found to be deceptive. Had i known it was a 3-story walkup, we would not have booked. The apartment was clean and nicely renovated. The listing also stated a washer and dryer but it was a combo machine which didnt dry the clothes even with additional dry cycles. We had to hang our clothes to dry...

"Place is well used but upgraded enough to meet the value you pay. It has all the amenities needed and nice extras like beach chairs, buggy board and water things. Host is very responsive. AC is in the family room which is adequate to keep the bedroom at a manageable temperature in the winter but would most likely not be comfortable in the summer. There are fans throughout.
