"Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive to needs and may sell you tasty farm fresh...

"Much smaller than pictures appeared, one room with bathroom. No tv, no ac, parking on street, dog barking. Guess I need to read amenities closer, but no tv, really? Of course I don't know where it could be put in such small unit."
