"The city itself is a jewel. But the Swan is stuck in the past century, the furniture is old - not classy, the bathroom doesn't support hot baths or the fire alarm will go off. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The stair are beautiful, but the maze beyond it to get to the rooms are a trouble for baggage carriers."

Sat Nav got me to outside the hotel, but the tiny lane to the back of the hotel was difficult to see as I was onnmy own. On my third drive round the one way system I gave up and found a parking place and just walked.

We booked in for dinner which was absolutely delicious and would highly recommend. The area is beautiful, we will definitely be back! "
