"We REALLY needed an overnight stop in Hartsburg while biking the Katy Trail! About 20 miles per day is our limit!!! Your emergemcy stash of food for sale covered our lunch need, while we waited for the restraunt to open for supper. The caboose is a cute stay but probably way more comfortable when it is not so hot outside. The a/c made a valient effort to manage the temp. Thanks so much! "

"We stayed 4 nights driving 8 hours from southern Arkansas (attending a wedding). The property is exactly as advertised--it is comfortable and pleasant. While we are often greeted by an owner or a property manager when we use vrbo, the instructions we received were fine. We would have liked access to local news, instead of having to stream channels, but we got caught up via our computers. The owners communicated promptly by text, which we appreciated. If we return to Jeff City, we will stay...

"The village of Lupus is unique, and the scenery is gorgeous. Cottage is clean, cozy and well appointed. A bit too far for back-and-forth to Mizzou, but perfect for a restful weekend away. "
