While you are here, board a heritage steam train along the North Norfolk Railway to the charming coastal town of Sheringham, 7 miles from the cottage. Enjoy salty fish and chips in Sheringham, book a seat to a show at the theatre or take a dip from its popular beach. Plan a trip to Wells-next-the-Sea, 15 miles away, to experience a very different kind of North Norfolk beach. Here, there are vast, open, golden stretches to enjoy. Drive 9.5 miles to Morston Quay to take a boat trip out to see the seals.

Return from exhilarating country walks and afternoons on the sand to enter the cottage via its handy porch. Discover there is ample space for your beach shoes, wellies or walking boots, as well as any other outdoor gear. Head on into the beamed kitchen to unpack the produce you have bought on your way home. This compact space has been creatively designed to ensure you can produce delicious home-cooked meals with ease. Amble on through to the lounge/diner, taking a shallow step down, to serve your feasts at the table and unwind on the comfortable seating in the relaxing ambience of the wood burner. There is a Smart TV in here for those cosy evenings in together. Cottage-style stairs lead up to the first floor from this delightful room. Here you have a double bedroom and a single. There is also a family shower room for rinsing the sand and salt off when you return from the beach.

The delightful mature garden is just a few steps from the cottage, tucked beside the garage and accessed via a shared driveway. Decompress out here as you watch the birds in the trees and gaze out towards the pretty village church. There are also country views from the end of the leafy garden. Your private outside space is accessed via the shared driveway, where you have allocated parking for one car.
