"Lovely little cottage oveooking the river and the centre of Wroxham. Would recommend "

"Everything you need. Doesn’t have Wi-Fi or good signal for your phone but it didn’t bother us as we were out and about exploring the surrounding countryside. I would recommend if you want a peaceful holiday."

"Perfect location for getting to the coast for walking. Loved sitting out on the little patio to eat dinner. Fabulous coffee shop next door and everything you need - shops, supermarket, restaurants a few minutes’ walk away. Driveway is tight if you have a very big car."

"A lovely cottage, with a great extra garden grass area for children to run around. Nearby village of Blakeney for crabbing a the pier side, and the village of Holt with shops and the country park as well. Sheringham a little further away with several ice cream parlours too."

"We had a lovely stay over the Christmas holiday, the only problem I had was that the bathroom was a bit in the small size, you have to straddle the toilet to close the door, apart from that it was nice, nice quiet location"

"Lovely little cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location. Well equipped and immaculately clean and modern. Absolutely loved staying here and of course our visits from Charlie the Heron who we fed sardines every day. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to everyone"
