If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'CafƩ on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the CafƩ. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

This location is incredible. Steps from the beach and if you donā€™t feel like playing in the sand, thereā€™s a pool right outside your door. Plenty of outdoor tables and umbrellas to enjoy. Managers and staff were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Great location to the beach!

You canā€™t get closer than this as far as Holmes Beach! Convenient for mid day lunch in the condo as well as walking over for morning breakfast or evening entertainment at sunset. Skinnyā€™s across the street is an added plus since we love their burgers. Publix is also very convenient. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We would suggest some curtains for the bedroom as the sun comes in early. Overall a great place to stay!

You canā€™t be the locationā€¦literally 2 minute walk to the beach. Steps away from The All You Can Eat Pancakes restaurant and Skinnyā€™s is a 2 minute walk across the street. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom and some of the dishes we discovered in the cupboards had been, I assume, put away wet and had mold growing in them. Communication with host was slow and we found it very disappointing that our request of an additional roll of toilet paper, was met with the response of, ā€œWe do not operate as a hotel and we only provide one roll.ā€ Although, I agree they are not a hotel, they are still in the hospitality business and a simple thing of making sure a few rolls of tp are on hand for a guest staying for 6 days, would be an expectation.

Perfect location

This building is now white not orange like what's on the post. This was in a perfect location. The backyard is the beach as well as AMI Beach Cafe. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store. Free trolley was amazing. Used it several times. We were rarely in the unit. It wasnt spectacular but location beats everything else. I would probably stay here again because of the price. Everywhere else was extremely expensive. Then again you pay for what you get. eexcellent.

Amazing Location! I Repeat, Amazing Location!

So the condo is clean and nice. It's not modern or fancy but it is comfortable. Parking is convenient and the location is AMAZING. It's just steps to the beautiful beach and you can walk to everything. There are two restaurants/bars within 100 yards. A short 5-10 minute walk leads you to a grocery store, additional restaurants, and a small park for our little dog to run and do his business. My only minor complaint was the condo had a faintly musty odor. It was a minor inconvenience and would not prevent me from returning. The host was attentive and easy to work with. This place is an old Florida gem.

Location was great. Near beach, central location on island ,great casual restaraunt and bar nearby on beach. The place could use some tlc. Sofas didnā€™t feel clean, the back closet was really dirty so didnā€™t hang anything in there. Need to get your own chairs and umbrella thereā€™s were rusted and broken we bought new ones and left them there but doubt they are still there . Faucet in tub looked like it had grease? On it. Do NOT count on trolley system not ever on schedule usually every 45 minute and u donā€™t know when it left !! Rent a car. or golf cart on the island

Birthday on the Beach

This place was fantastic all around. It's an older building - old Florida kinda-place. Beach is on one side and Skinny's is on the other. We didn't rent a car this time, and didn't miss it. The trolly was great! Made some new friends. We hope to celebrate there again next year. Thank you Anne and Leila.

We knew that the property was still getting repaired from the hurricanes and that many restaurants still weren't open but we were happy to visit and spend a few bucks to help local businesses. The apartment we stayed in didn't have any damage and was great as usual. Can't wait to come back!

Clean with steps from the beach

I have mostly positives to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a free laundry in the back of the building for residents and guests. Nonetheless, I had read the reviews of others before reserving, and thought that the comments from 2022 stating that the furniture needed a little upgrading might have inspired anticipated changes. It still needs some small changes. The bed is lumpy, and the armchair in the living room is not comfortable and sinks. Although steps away from the beach, you will find yourself next to a barbecue area where some beachgoers play music too loud and smoke or honk their horns. They don't stay forever, fortunately, and the beach is beautiful with plenty of room to escape others. We did not need a car, and we could walk to a Publix grocery within 5 minutes. Nearby restaurants include Mango Fish and Chips run by a New Zealander and Australian, a German place for schnitzel, and a French crĆŖperie. Everything thing is great with this condo, especially for the price and location. Again, it requires some upgrades, but other than that quite good.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

What a great place for a beach getaway. We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and experiencing the laid back (but congested roads) AMI experience. Everything went very smoothly checking in and checking out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach side holiday!

Awesome Condo & Location

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we were unsure of where to stay and all I can say is that I am so thankful we found this property. You can sit in the living room or on the balcony and see the ocean. The beach is extremely close so traveling back and forth between the beach and condo is convenient. I traveled with my 5 year old and the pool was fantastic for breaks from the ocean and a quick after dinner swim. This condo is conveniently located to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. The manager of the property responded to my text messages at 9:30pm at night, willing to help, and had great communication with us regarding our room. This property even has a gas and charcoal grill down by the pool for anyone that wants to grill and sit poolside. The last amazing quality of this place is being able to see sunsets on the water. We would definitely come back and stay at this condo.
