"We have a major complaint, there are rats there, there is poop rat under the sink in the kitchen and last night they eat my baby's bottle nipple and the fruits we had there, I have pictures and videos, this is beyond unacceptable, this could lead to illnesses and who knows what more, DO NOT STAY THERE, on top of that I sent texts messages and emails with videos and photos while staying there so they can come and see and no response from their part"
