"The apartment is moldy even the bed feels wet. The bathroom has a rink of rotten sewage. I left before as I couldn’t stand it anymore even if it meant paying double in this horrible place and a hotel. I informed the host and while she was not rude at any point she was clearly dismissive "

"In emails they stated the parking situation was described. I was not able to find it. Parking was expensive. The unit was ok. The proximity to the boardwalk made it worth the money. Just wish the parking situation was different. "

"Went with three friends to celebrate turning 60 this year. The condo was very lovely and clean. It was as posted online. The views especially at night were incredible. Having the corner unit was great. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed hanging by the pools as well and watching the manatees and boats in the canal from the condo balcony. The only issue is there are only two chairs for the balcony - condo can sleep about 8 people and we could have used more chairs for...

"We had a great stay at this apartment in Hollywood, Florida. The place was very clean and literally right next to the beach, which was perfect. The owner was very accommodating, offering early check-in and providing an extra bed. Communication was clear, easy, and prompt throughout our stay."

"The place is adorable. The location is absolutely ideal. Surrounded by restaurants and within a 1 minute walk to the beach. It is a great place with simple accommodations. The only issue we faced, are that the walls/windows are very thin and any outdoor noise/conversations were heard throughout the night. It was Spring Break so the partiers were out all night.
