Adjacent is a comfortable den area and dining room, with seating around the table for 10 and the eat in kitchen includes additional seating for 6. Step thru the laundry area and you'll find a separate (but included) apartment with another half kitchen, living room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The large oceanfront deck spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy the ocean views. Choose the covered portion for some shade or catch some rays on the open sun deck area. You can access the decks from the living rooms, and dining area in the main house or apartment. The private walkway takes you directly to the beach.
