"Beautiful property! Our kids loved jumping off the dock and using the kayaks and paddle boards. The grown ups loved drinking coffee on the screened in porch. The house has everything you could need and the hosts are very quick to respond to messages. Check in was super easy as well, and I really appreciated how clean it all was."

It was awesome already having boogie boards and beach chairs, and a bunch of additional items that we did not have to load up and bring from home. They were also extremely communicative making everything seemless. The only issue we had was with an upstairs thermostat not keeping the setpoint and I messaged John at 10:30 PM and he responded right away and fixed it remotely. The house was perfect...

"This location was perfectly situated between the sound and the beach. The view of the sound was beautiful especially as the sun set. We loved the open concept floor plan and the bunk room up top was perfect for all of our kiddos. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes and we did it several times a day. "I’ll start by saying the pros, the properties at a great location super close to the beach and also super close to the bridge. It has a very homie vibe with plenty of patio space and seating. The AC works great and having three showers is very convenient. WiFi was strong and a good modern tv that had a lot of channels and apps. Tons of natural light, spacious living room with ample seating. ConsNot that I think anybody is truly at fault for this, but the cleaner was late, which therefore delayed...

"The house was in an excellent location and we didn’t have the best weather, so having the covered hot tub area was really nice. Well appointed house with lots of games and an entire bin of legos our kids loved! The nest thermostat was locked and we were unable to adjust the temperature which was frustrating, especially for the price of the stay. A good number of dishes and cups were dirty with food or coffee residue and had to be washed before using. Beautiful ocean view, incredibly short walk...
