"This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Contacted Brittany and she was very prompt at communicating and taking care of them! It is great to work with someone who really cares about your stay! Thank you Brittany!!"

"Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful experience, and the location couldn’t be better: across the street from a beach access and a 3 minute walk to shops. A greatt playground was only a 15 minute walk with kids. The house was well stocked, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. You just need to bring an umbrella. The hosts were very responsive. Overall, a great vacation. "

"This is the perfect stay for a North Carolina beach. It was extremely clean and had direct beach access, while being close to a couple of great restaurants/breweries. I also very much appreciated being able to bring my dog so he can enjoy the beach as much as possible during his senior years. I would stay here again without question. "

"This house has everything you need for a family, amazing views, spacious, pet friendly, and close to everything. I wish the living couch was an actually a sofa sleeper. It was not comfy not a comfy couch to watch tv with family. Overall very pleased. "
