Just steps down a private walkway from huge double story decks to the serene beach. This home provides activities and comfort for the whole family and all ages to enjoy. Plenty of activities for all ages, garage game room, a collection of beach items, smart TVs, stocked kitchen.Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a large family gathering, romantic getaway, or work from home staycation. Stunning water views throughout the home and in the main living areas as well. 4 spacious bedrooms provide comfort for the entire family sleeping 12 in total, including 2 oceanside master suites with a private porch to enjoy the serene beach views! The third bedroom upstairs sleeps 6 and is perfect to pack the kids in or sleep adults comfortably with a smaller group. A fourth bedroom on the main level tops off the sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom access! Seamless entry with key-less front door code makes your arrival a breeze. Bring your personal items + some groceries and everything else is taken care of!

Main Level:
Enjoy your beautiful ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room, then step outside onto a large private deck with serene views that screams relaxation. There is one large bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and full bathroom which serves as the primary downstairs bathroom. The deck features a beautiful picnic table to enjoy meals by the ocean. Back inside, the kitchen features granite countertops, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, an electric glass top stove, a toaster oven, a toaster, a coffee pot, a Keurig, and a crockpot; all perfect for those that love to cook. We provide some cooking basics such as spices, olive oil, sugar, flour, etc are left for your use. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats over 10. The high top and bar seat an additional four apiece. The den area has a large sofa and comfy chairs to relax in. SMART TV AND WIFI for all your streaming or working needs. You may also watch from the collection of DVDs, play games and do puzzles, or read and magazines books from our selection. The laundry is located on the main floor.

Upstairs:
Upstairs features three thoughtfully decorated and comfortable bedrooms. Two primary oceanfront bedrooms provide luxurious private spaces for couples or friends, each with a private en suite bathroom and a private entry to the 2nd floor oceanfront balcony with seating for four. This top level balcony is great for quietly enjoying morning coffee and watching the dolphins. A third, very large bedroom features 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single beds), and a queen bed, and also features another full bathroom. This room can sleep up to 6 people, perfect for large families with kids or groups of friends. All bathrooms are stocked with some basic amenities including toilet tissue, soaps, hairdryers.

Garage Level:
After a day on the beach, enjoy the large outdoor private shower on the ground floor beneath the ocean view decks. We ask that you always rinse off your sandy feet at the hose or shower before entering the house! The lower level painted garage features many amenities including a full sized ping pong table with paddles and balls, a full-sized refrigerator for extra drinks or food during your stay, a collection of beach amenities such as chairs, boogie boards, and more.

Parking: Free private driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Overflow street parking.

Access: Private entry codes are provided for the smart lock prior to your stay arrival, making check-in a breeze.

Space: This is a duplex. Each side has designated parking, separate entrances and garages, large divided private deck space. Private walkway directly down to the beach in your backyard. Guests have full private access to their unit.

This property is pet-free. We treat all guests equally and provide a meticulously clean, pet-free space for all. No other animals are allowed without specific approval from the host.
