"Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!"

"The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Main Street and a number of restaurants. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and I would stay here again the next time I come to this area!"

"This property definitely needs some TLC. The deck is falling apart and very unstable. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen. I would not recommend to anyone that has children due to several safety issues."

"If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

"The house was clean and setup nicely. The house was close to the Kodak Theater. We stopped to eat breakfast at the Peppermill Restaurant. I highly recommend it. Thank you Jud for all your efforts for us to have a great stay. "
