"The grounds of the property were very nice. I especially liked the 2 koi ponds and the swimming pool was great. A large potting feature was neglected and there were multiple bags of pea gravel and river rock strewn around the walkway to our side stairway. The decor in our unit was a little sad and outdated…but everything was clean when we arrived. It was an easy walk to downtown Saugatuck. With a little primping and better furnishings this place could be a gem."

"I loved everything about this rental! It is in a perfect location. I’ve rented a few other spots in Saugutuck and this is my favorite. I did not want to leave! I know I’ll book it again. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area in minutes. We took a wine tour on the Star of Saugutuck and the rental is right at the pier. Amazing! It was beautiful inside and so clean. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. A parking spot assigned to guests and a nice private area to sit and watch the...

"The chairs in the common area weren't as comfortable as we had hoped. It's very strange that there is no standing space in front of the sink in the bathroom, since the toilet is in the way."
