"Quiet, clean, pleasant neighborhood, walkable (sort of long) to downtown. Reasonably priced for what it is, basically a comfortable bedroom with a second room. As the listing says, there isn't a full kitchen, just a microwave and coffee machine and a small fridge. There is an outstanding breakfast place a short walk away (The Biscuit) so you won't miss preparing breakfast. Owner lives in the other half of the house and was very pleasant."

"We loved our stay! The location is perfect, easy to pop out and walk anywhere but far enough away from too much noise. We had an infant and it was easy to put her in a stroller and walk down to the shops or out to eat. The living room area is lovely with all the natural light and the little balcony where you can watch the boats pass by.
