Sit back and relax at my clean and cozy home located in Holiday, Florida. Private fenced in tropical back yard with patio area for relaxing and enjoying meals. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants, and beaches.

- Just 2 min to FI-54, less than 5 Mins to Anclote beach, 10-15 mins from Fred Howard Park (beach), 20 min to Sunset/Honeymoon Beach, 30 mins to Clearwater, 45 min to Tampa and St. Petersburg, and less than 10 min to downtown New Port Richey.

Clean and welcoming
Walking in the front door the accommodations were as clean and inviting as on the listing. Michael was easy to communicate with before and during the stay. He was always helpful and timely in his response.

Not very many positives
The host was very quick with replying to questions, however, the questions I had to ask should have been answered in a welcome kit or other communications (ex: how to lock the electronic lock when leaving, wifi connection/password) The house needs a deep cleaning; the throw pillows on the beds should be thrown away, they are disgusting. The dust ruffle on the beds is dusty (as is everything on the walls). We could not enjoy the back patio because the furniture cushions have not been maintained. ( I realize it stormed the day we arrived, but the condition they are in is not from one day of rain) The kitchen is nice, we didn't cook any meals there so I can't comment on the stove/oven, but I did look for a frying pan and only found a very small on, however, it may have been hidden somewhere. The house sits very close to a very busy road. The host provided a small fan in the front bedroom which helped to mask the noise from the road. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom has missing and loose screws so it was not usable. For reference, the beds are pretty hard, this is just a note for folks that can't sleep on a hard bed.

House is not was as advertised
When we first arrived we found the washer was full of dirty linen, the trash was not taken out and the dishwasher was full of clean dishes.In addition the air fryer was dirty so we did not use it. This place advertised as 3 beds and 1 1/2 baths, when in fact there were only 2 beds available as the 3 bedroom was locked with the owners stuff in there, and only 1 bath. The mattresses were very hard.(not comfortable). The house is located on a very busy street - noisy at all hours of the day/night. Not very relaxing. One other thing- we have rented many places in FL ôand have never came across this one issue until now: the thermostat was locked up. You could not control the temperature settings. I would never stay here again.
