"I stayed at this property in early 2017, so my expectations were high about our stay. I was disappointed in the landscaping both front and back of the house. I was also disappointed in the dock,boards rotted and in need of paint. The garage is more of a warehouse than garage. The garage door needs replaced it’s so rusted at the bottom I’m sure that rodents are present with the droppings on the rug. The host did a great job on both bathrooms they are a big upgrade. "

"Plans changed our pet didn’t come. The house is very large. But the most uncomfortable furniture from the sofas to the beds, to the dining rooms chairs. I suggest that the owner go to estate sales and buy some quality furniture. Also the kitchen needs more everything, flatware, pots pans. Great location."

"You definitely DO NOT want to be at this home. The host was highly informative. Place was not ready at time of my arrival. Issues so bad, we ended up having a confrontation. Police were called because he said he was too busy to give a refund at the time. Major plumbing was the cause. Bathrooms were OFF LIMITS!!! And showers, QUESTIONABLE!!! "Custo benefício muito alto pelo que entrega, apesar de pegar uma suíte de frente hotel básico sem estrutura, as cadeiras e guarda sol na frente do hotel são pagos total garfa som mais duas cadeiras u$ 20 cobram taxa de resort e só tem uma piscina comum pequena e a água parece um xixi quente e amarelada as bebidas que vem na piscina são quentes e o atendimento pessimo."
