"very clean space !"

"Comfortable beds and couches. Very lovely modern updates in the aesthetic of the home. There are a couple of fit and finish details that I have contacted the owner about. Particularly for dog owners. One thing I will know is that there’s no direct access to the backyard as of when we rented this. So you have to go out the front and then through a gate to the back. For people with dogs that are challenging for verbal recall this means you have to put on the leash and collar and then go. Don’t...

"Beautiful place to relax, will definitely come back again?"

"We had a great time at this house. It was very cozy and had everything we needed for a fun long weekend, from kitchen supplies to pool floats!! The host was easy to contact and quick on the reply. The garage/game room came in handy with the on and off rain we had, so the kids/adults had something to do between the rain drops. We would suggest an outdoor ceiling fan on the patio and maybe a little better instruction to where all the light switches were for outside, but other than that, it was...

"Great little weekend get away. The back yard is it’s on personal Oasis with grilling area along with ample space for games & fun. We brought all of our dogs and really enjoyed our stay."

"Clean and communication was great"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this sparkling clean home! Elaine was a phenomenal host—communication was a breeze and check-in was incredibly easy. Plus, having our pets stay for free made the trip even better! We spent unforgettable quality time together by the perfect pool and fell in love with the peaceful lake, which was teeming with beautiful birds and wildlife. It is the ultimate vacation spot: just minutes from the excitement of Tampa, but tucked away in a relaxing, scenic paradise. We...

"Easy check in, great pool, nice layout."

"Host was extremely responsive and easy to work with"

"Great stay"

"There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

"The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the...

"This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful."

"Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. It was a great location for meeting up with family in the area. I would highly recommend it for two people."
