"O atendimento do staff da recepção é excelente!!!’Nota 10"

"Staff nota 0. Limpeza praticamente inexistente. Cheguei de viagem e me deparei com o chao do quarto sujo: chao melecado, papel jogado e um guarda-chuvas no canto do quarto. Sem falar na sacada que nunca foi limpa na vida. Tambem nao substituem os ammenities do banheiro. A recepcao tambem nao é nada simpatica. Staff muito fraca no geral. "

"O hotel além de lindo é histórico. A localização é perfeita. Tem estacionamento no hotel mas é necessário reserva, mas tem um estacionamento público bem próximo. O quarto é muito bem decorada, com uma cama macia e tamanho do quarto agradável. O hotel tem um área externa gostosa e agradável. Café da manha excelente e o restaurante é perfeito. "

"Breve estadia de negócios em hotel próximo do centro com bom café da manhã, cama confortável e estacionamento."

"Good old style hotel directly opposite Exeter Central station. Room was huge. We have stayed here before and would do again."

"Fairly average but decent for price. Staff friendly enough but did not explain anything. Suppose they thought it was self explanatory that room key was also key for front door; and to help ourselves to table and food at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room snug, cosy, quiet and clean. Same for bathroom. Snib removed from Yale lock in bedroom so could not lock ourselves in overnight, which was disconcerting (imagine it is so management can access). Breakfast luke warm but fine. "Fantastic location. Super friendly staff."

"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

"No heating in thr bedrooms only air con. Will not stay again as quite cold last night"

"An excellent facility; we really enjoyed our stay. But my wife would have liked some sort of place, with a mirror, where she could have applied her makeup."

"This was a quick overnight stay on the drive back from Cornwall. The off-street parking and affordability were key in our purchase. Our room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious."

"Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Will stay again when down there next."

"It was a wonderful, yet too brief, one night stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our meal in the informal dining/pub options was nourishing and delicious. The room was clean, large, and bright. We were able to get a room facing back garden and with views. A big pot of tea and a freshly pressed coffee were very nice at breakfast. Local walks on the moor, and to the quarry & rocks and were fab."
