"Excellent hotel on a quiet back street behind the Kanazawa market. Service is top-notch! Breakfast was great, offering plenty of options (both Western and a variety of unique Japanese dishes) alongside even friendlier, more attentive service. My room was beautiful, cozy and spacious and the bathroom was superb. The only downside is the lack of a gym and/or a pool. If it wasn't for that, this hotel would've been perfect. "

"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). We took a large family suite with a private outdoor hot springs bath and it was gorgeous. The shuttle to the train station is very...
