"We had the most incredible stay at this NYC apartment! The location truly doesn’t get better — right in the heart of Manhattan and close to everything. The apartment is in a high-rise with jaw-dropping, almost 360-degree views from the living room alone. "It was not a great way to start our 8 days in New York, the toilet was really dirty, the bed sheets had log hairs in them, the sofabed was very uncomfortable and the floor was sloping. We didn't feel comfortable at all.After finally hearing back from the hoast we agreed to leave after the second night but we only got a refund for 5 out of the 8 days we paid for excluding all the extra fees they slap on....So all in all we lost almost half of what we originally paid plus we had to pay for...
