"The air conditioning in the bedroom does not keep the room cold enough to be comfortable as per summer temperature. There is a small portable air conditioning to keep the room cold ...I would suggest to install an air conditioning unit similar to the one that is installed in the living room.Other than the above: the room was as it was published. "Well-equipped kitchen. Wet sponge in sink was a bit off putting Comfortable, climate-controlled bedroom. Step down into kitchen lined with caution tape could be a hazard to an older renter. Would suggest checking with host to be sure dedicated water heater has been turned on for shower. I thought lack of hot water may have been due to sharing with residents of the home so I didn’t say anything about it on Day 1. "Fantastic stay! I spent a week here and loved every minute. I had some last minute requests and the property manager was amazing, very willing to work with me. Room was incredibly clean. Especially loved the beach chairs/umbrella's in the room, a real space saver when packing. "

"The host was very responsive. Getting in was simple and the place was perfect for two people. Well-decorated, cozy, with lots of extra amenities in the kitchen/bathroom. It was a quiet neighborhood and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well to keep the room cool. The bathroom/shower were spacious and it was nice to have a little kitchen to use with a hot plate, microwave, and fridge/freezer. We would definitely stay here again!"
