When I reached out, I was told we were being charged for a blanket that had a burn hole and was “coated in sand”. I informed them that we noticed a burn hole in the blanket when we opened it up to use it on the sofa bed, but didn’t complain since it had been laundered. "I've stayed at The River Inn a few times. I go twice a year for a convention. I like the fact it's only 1 block off the main street and walking distance to many shops and eateries. I think the price is good for what you get. It is clean, the people are friendly, the price is right and they have an adequate breakfast."

"The best part of the room was being able to leave the balcony door open all night. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. There are no real amenities and Noone onsite. Personally I would not stay in Seaside again. Very foggy most of the time. The room is dated and needs updated carpet and a room refresh."
