"I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn in Nashville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not well maintained — there were visible cigarette burns on the comforter, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was the noise and lack of management response. "Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food ."

I had to make accommodations elsewhere that night. the hotel lied and said I utilized the room and wouldn't issue a refund."
