"Upon check-in at 12:30am, the clerk informed me it was no longer 6/13 and I was now checking in on 6/14. I explained that check-in was allowed til 5:30am per their check-in policy and i could show him my receipt, he ignored what I said. He proceeded to cancel my reservation and rebook a room then told me to speak to the person at the desk in the morning. "It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us."

"The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place."

"There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."
