"this rental is very nice and conveniently close to Sea Pines and Colnigly Circle. A biking path was just across the street that took you wherever you wanted to walk or bike. The host was very Communicative. He Readily responded to questions. The unit was very close to the beach and had a walkway there. Do not count on this unit providing a beach view whatsoever. "The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price."

"The room was clean and it has everything we needed for our stay. We ate most meals in and there was sufficient cookware and utensils and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The beach view was beautiful and the walk was easy and a short distance. Kendalll was an excellent host providing information as I needed it and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family."

"You simply cannot beat the location! Right on the beach, safe, and clean. Super close to Coligny Cirlce and many fun things to do and good things to eat. Communication was excellent! Truly a great bargain! A recommendation that could make stays nicer is upgrading the shower head so there is better output and a getting a newer loveseat. Again, great bargain and would recommend for a beach getaway for 2."

"For the overall cost, even at an overnight stay, the room quality should match the cost spent. There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall."
