Fully renovated oceanview villa with all-new finishes and furnishings! Enjoy a comfortable King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, spacious tiled shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size black stainless appliances and stone countertops. Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Beach chairs and two bikes included! Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, dining, shops, and more.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anythingā€”or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great ocean view condo

The condo was an ideal home base while my wife and I were in Hilton Head. It was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The comfy bed and nice shower were especially appreciated. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to the waves, then taking a walk on the beach afterward. Plenty of parking was available. A bonus was a very clean laundry room just a few steps away where we did two loads of laundry for only 4.50 total (1.25 per load to wash and 1.00 to dry). We absolutely would stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

Just say ahhh and relax!!!

Our stay at HHI was perfect! The view, location to elevator and beach, and many restaurants and grocery couldnā€™t be better! Kendall was so pleasant to work with. I appreciated her prompt communication. Weā€™ve stayed at Sea Side 5 times now, and this villa is one of the best in Sea Side Villas! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Location

The property was as stated, clean and a great central location. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and coffee/pastries. We enjoyed live music at the Sandbar and Big Bamboo Cafe. Within a short drive we enjoyed eating on the deck at Hudson's and had a delicious meal at Frankie Bones. The bikes were great to use and the trails are very nice. We rode for many miles around the island. Kendall was very helpful and responsive with all communication. Thanks!

Overall had a great stayā€¦place was beautiful, location was great & had great amenitiesā€¦beach chairs & umbrella to use, extra paper products on hand and starter supply of coffee. A concern we did have was when the bedroom door is closed, the a/c is shut out since the window unit is in the living room. Since the bedroom is at the entry, unruly neighbors can be heard in the hallway at night. Thank you for a great introduction to Hilton Head Island and thanks for the sweet welcome gift. When we return to HHI, would consider renting here again.

Great condo - perfect for 2 or small family!

My husband and I had a great time in this condo - super clean and exactly as pictured with all the amenities. It was perfect for two people or for a family with small kids. We loved the proximity to the ocean and to shopping and restaurants. The hostess, Kendall, was great and very responsive. We look forward to coming back here in the future.

Great spot in Hilton Head! Convenient location. Unit is well furnished and has good beach chairs and other beach equipment! Kendall was great to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions! Perfect spot for a couple that is right on the beach! Complex was also very quiet and fairly empty over the New Year holiday (Dec 31st - Jan4th) for anyone looking to visit HHI. Highly recommend !

Everything about our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The host, Kendall, did a great job of checking in on us every day, and we even were able to check in early on the first day because she was so on top of things! The place was extremely nice and clean, and the view was even better than the pictures! Just steps from the beach, an easy walk to Coligny, and within 5-30 minutes from any golf course. 10/10 would stay there again!

Could use a good cleaning

If one doesn't look too closely it would appear to be clean. Not really the case. My glasses accidently feel on the floor in the bedroom and went under the dresser. There is candy, etc. under it. Didn't check under the bed. Turned on the oven to heat leftovers and it started to smoke - didn't use it. Needs a cleaning. The refrigerator on the other hand was spotless.
