At no time may any pet be left unattended in the common area for any reason. Please clean up after your pets immediately. We don't allow the following dog breeds: Pit Bulls of any breed; Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; Chow Chow;Bull Mastiff. - Check out before 10AM, Check in after 4PM anytime - No food and drink on 2nd floor please - ages of 21+ - LIMIT 6 guests. Any additional guests must be Pre approved by host and will have an additional cost - Limit 2 cars. any additional cars must be disclosed prior to booking and be approved, Please parking you car at the parking space match your house # - Any stays over 14 days may require a standard deposit. - If you choose to smoke in our NON smoking property you hereby agree to happily pay our smoking fee of $250 and authorize AIRBNB to collect this amount for our extra cleaning fee which may include renting a Professional Reverse Osmosis machine as well as potentially blocking the property from rental for an additional day. - Swimming pool is seasonal.
