The beach is just at the end of the boardwalk, and visible from our unit! Our condo is the perfect choice for a family or group of friends looking to discover all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. You'll be just a short walk from Coco's on the Beach, a family-friendly beachfront tiki bar known for great food and drinks located at the end of the boardwalk.. Sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with your coffee or to relax after a long day at the beach. The wonderful marsh changes with each tide. So relaxing!


The Space:

The Master Bedroom overlooks the marsh, and hosts a Queen-sized bed with an attached master bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a set of twin-mattress bunk beds, and a full bed as well. A full bathroom borders the second bedroom and living room. The main living room hosts a couch, chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with a Roku, and a kitchen table. Our kitchen is fully equipped for almost anything you'll need during your stay. Our balcony has chairs for you to relax in and watch the tide go in and out.

There is a guard shack at the main entrance to Hilton Head Resort where our condo is located.
No smoking is allowed in the condo.
No pets allowed.
