Open Living Area: Comfortable seating, Smart TV, and queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations (sleeps up to 6) with brand new flooring throughout!

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Chef’s kitchen with plenty of counter space, cookware, and a pantry for all your needs.

Outdoor Living: Cozy, covered back deck perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, with BBQ grills conveniently located near the pool and bike path.

Beach Access: A scenic 10–15 minute walk down shaded bike paths brings you to Hilton Head’s pristine beaches.



No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only Shipyard parking passes are permitted within the Shipyard gate community.

Guest Access:

Key code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during you stay. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Shipyard.

Getting Around:

The pool, beach, tennis center, and beach are all walkable. Breeze Shuttle is available mid-March through October outside of the Shipyard gate to get you to shopping, restaurants, or the public beach. A parking pass is available for the Shipyard amenities, and the beach has public parking as well.

Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
